Rewinding adhesive tapes – trust the experts
From the production line, self-adhesives materials start in very large reels, jumbos. These can be as wide as 1.5m, and have a diameter of up to 1m.
Our process starts at this point by creating the required length and width. We can finish to very small lengths for retail and small jobs, and long lengths for industry application and further processing.
SKD are experts in conversion and die-cut of technical adhesive tape. First of all we are able to provide a wide range of materials that offer outstanding performance and reliability, and a consistent bond that you can trust. For example, our range of tapes include:

Secondly we can process the materials through various stages to create unique shapes and sizes in roll format or individual pieces.
Our materials and equipment allow us to be flexible in design and precise in execution. The rewinder copes with reels up to 1600mm wide and 1m diameter. This means we can rewind self-adhesive materials and laminates. Additionally we can slit in the same process to achieve correct roll width. As a result we can produce material rolls to the highest industry standards.
